Hello and thank you for your interest in my jewelry studio rental.

This rental is ideal for a beginner who is just getting started on their journey into the jewelry world and wants access to a full studio. You will have your own cabinet for storage and can keep your hand tools at the studio. You will have access to all of the student hand tools, a full soldering station, buffing cabinet, flex shaft, drill press, belt sander and plenty of space to spread out and get your work done. You will share the space with one or two other renters.

You will have 24 hour access to the studio, but only when I am NOT there teaching. I do not use this studio anymore for my personal work (I live on the coast) but it is still my classroom for teaching workshops. There will be two weekends per month (give or take) that I am there teaching. When I teach it is usually all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the occasional Thursday night. Other than that you have full access. You can see my calendar schedule on the workshops page to see an example of how often I am teaching.

Rent is $250 per month and I require a 6 month commitment. After 6 months it goes month-to-month. I require 30 days notice for termination of the agreement.

Must have some experience with jewelry making and be able to use tools and torch safely. (I will give you a detailed refresher on how to turn the torch on and off.)

Supplies that are included: soldering supplies (solder, gas for torch, flux, pickle), belts for belt sander, grinding wheel on buffing cabinet, some drill bits
Supplies that are your responsibility: saw blades, drill bits, buffing wheels, flex shaft attachments, polishing materials, patina solutions (basically anything that you go through quickly or that wears out quickly)
